Administration

A modern computerised system is installed at the Malvern offices. This enables efficient matching carers with their clients to produce daily work sheets and the necessary billing and control procedures.

Work rosters are produced weekly, and these can be arranged to suit individual clients' needs concerning the service they require and any variances that may be necessary on a daily basis.

We no longer use the client signature system. We now have an ‘Electronic Verification Record’ system instead. This operates on a telephone system installed into the carers’ phones and a ‘tag’ in each service users’ home.
